$250–$375
- Tier 1 $250, One-Page Scroller: hero, about, services and contact on one page, with an email link or phone number.
- Tier 2 $275, Custom Brochure Site: 3–5 pages, custom design, photo gallery, map and a working contact form.
- Tier 3 $300, Polished Showcase Site: animations, filterable portfolio, testimonials, FAQ and an embedded booking calendar.
- Tier 4 $330, Editable and Integrated Site: a CMS you edit yourself, blog, booking forms, newsletter signup and social feeds.
- Tier 5 $375, Sales-Ready Site: everything above plus a small store or payments through Stripe or Square.
- Rush $375, we aim to deliver a Tier 1, 2 or 3 site within 5 days; Tiers 4 and 5 can’t be rushed.

Google Business Profile and Social Media Presence
If you don’t have a Google Business Profile or it feels old or bland, or your social media presence is underperforming, we can help you drive more engagement and potentially more customers.

$50 One-time fix: a flat fee to set up or refresh your Google Business Profile and social media.
$50/month Ongoing upkeep, paid in full when you book each month; it doesn’t renew on its own, so there’s nothing to cancel.
Every Project Includes
Transparent pricing (our prices and the outside costs above are all on this page, so no surprise invoices). Direct communication (you talk directly to Peter, who builds your site, not a ticketing system). Unlimited revisions within the agreed scope. Completion guarantee: no extra billing if a project takes longer than expected. That’s how we work.
Costs outside our fee
- Domain name: about $10–$20 a year for most names (names in high demand cost more). You pay the registrar directly, and the domain is registered in your name.
- Hosting: $0 while your site fits Netlify’s free plan on our account. If it outgrows that plan, we move it to a hosting account in your name, and you pay that host directly.
- Hosting for a Rescue: your choice. Keep your current host and keep paying it, or move the site to our Netlify account on the same terms as above.
- Paid tools and images: we use free plans and free images by default. A paid plugin, service or stock image is used only with your approval, and you pay its provider directly.
- Online payments (Tier 5): Stripe or Square takes its own fee from each sale you make.
Payment
- Projects: 50% deposit before work starts, and the other 50% when we deliver.
- Monthly management: $50 paid in full when you book each month.
- How to pay: Venmo or bank transfer. We don’t take cards, and we don’t add payment fees.
- Sales tax: our prices don’t include sales tax. If it applies, we’ll tell you the amount before you pay anything.
